How It All Started
Swift Move Co. was founded in 2008 by Marcus and Elena Rivera, a husband-and-wife team who had experienced firsthand how chaotic and unreliable moving companies could be. After a nightmare move that left their belongings damaged and their family stressed, they decided to build the company they wished had existed.
Starting with a single truck and a commitment to treating every customer's belongings like their own, Marcus and Elena grew Swift Move Co. from a two-person operation into one of the most trusted moving companies in the region.
Today, our team of 45 trained professionals handles hundreds of moves each year — from studio apartments to corporate headquarters — always with the same care and attention that started it all.
